Centering People. Cultivating Growth. Creating Change.

I’m Dr. Natasha Prince—mental health professional, consultant, and author. I support individuals, leaders, and communities in navigating growth, change, and healing in ways that honor both who they are and who they’re becoming.

My work is about helping people find clarity—about themselves, their relationships, and the spaces they move through. Through coaching and facilitation, I support reflection, shared understanding, and forward movement during times of transition.

That work also takes shape through writing and resource creation—developing tools and stories that support emotional understanding, identity, and belonging. Whether I’m working with adults, children, or communities, the focus is the same: offering thoughtful, practical support that respects people’s experiences and meets them where they are.

Work With Me

The PCC Way: Reflect. Grow. Act.

At Prince Consulting Collective, LLC™, we believe growth takes time. It begins when we pause to reflect, strengthens as we learn, and becomes lasting when we act with care.

Reflect → Create space to pause, name what matters, and honor your experiences.

Grow → Build skills, confidence, and capacity with care and support.

Act → Take aligned, achievable steps that create lasting impact in your life, work, or community.

Wondering About Working Together?

  • No. While I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, the services offered through Prince Consulting Collective, LLC are non-clinical. I provide coaching, facilitation, and consulting—not therapy or mental health treatment. If you’re seeking clinical care, I’m happy to help direct you to appropriate resources.

  • We start with a free 20-minute consultation. It’s a chance for you to share what you’re looking for and for us to see if we’re a good fit.

  • Both. Some people come for a focused session, while others choose a longer journey. Together, we’ll decide what works best for you.

  • Yes! I work with individuals, teams, and organizations virtually across locations, and also offer in-person options when possible.

  • Equity isn’t an add-on—it’s central to how I work. I honor lived experiences, identity, and systemic context in every space I create.
